While we hope you never have to contact us to tell us your GUINNOT jewellery needs a serious repair, if the worst happens, then don’t worry.
GUINNOT jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee, so whenever and wherever disaster strikes, just email us the details, some illustrative photos, a photo of your certificate of authenticity, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll provide you with a repair form and details on where to send your jewellery and how.
Our in-house experts will assess the damage and, if the damage is not due to a defect, define any costs related to the repair.
